When you are involved with doing your own video production editing, there are a number of steps involved. Some may think this involves the simple editing of a video and then they are done, however this is not the case. Before getting to the stage of editing, there are a number of other things involved. First off, there is the pre-production, which has to do with the overall planning of the video. This process begins before any video is actually shot. Essentially, this has to do with the creation of things such as storyboards, and the like. In addition, it relates to the determination of the amount of budget that is available for this type of thing. Knowing how much you have to spend can make a big impact on the turn out of the video and how well things are to run.
When it comes time for the video production, this is the time that you start to film. During the overall filming, this is when the lighting and audio will be set into place, in addition to cinematography. Additionally, this relates to the directing, special effects, and art. All of this has to do with creating the actual piece, which is turned into art.
Throughout the time of filming, the proper kind of equipment is essential for the success of the video.
